The Part-Time Operations Manager plays a key role in keeping AP2L running smoothly. This position ensures our internal processes are effective, financial and administrative functions are well-managed, and fundraising efforts are supported. You will work closely with the Executive Director, Marketing Specialist, Bookkeeper, and Payroll Administrator to help our nonprofit grow and thrive.

This 12-month contract position requires 20-25 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule that includes two 8-hour in-office days per week on Tuesday and Thursday 9a-5p at our office in Vallejo, CA. Remote work on Wednesdays.
