Client Requirements

  • A completed application form
  • A Picture ID (Must be 18 or older)
  • A Social Security Card
  • Verification of Income

Program Fees

  • Application processing fee ($45.00)
  • Enrollment/Processing Fee: Low Income $350 Non low income $500
  • Enrollment/Processing Fee is due before Move-in
  • Referrals, Veterans, Housing Choice Voucher Assistance and SSI/SSDI recipients fee is $350.00
  • Non-referral fee $500.00.

Reasons for immediate denial of an applicant

  • Evictions (within the past 5 years) for willful non-payment of rent or destruction of property
  • Unpaid Rent Balances
  • Falsification information on the application
